What does a certificate of analysis tell me — and what doesn’t it?
It is the testing laboratory’s report on one specific lot: what the compound is by mass spectrometry, how pure it measured by HPLC, and what contamination screening was run. It is tied to the lot number printed on your vial, so a certificate for one lot says nothing about any other lot — which is why we publish them per lot rather than once per product.
One certificate covers one lotWhat purity do you publish, and what happens if a lot misses it?
We publish lots at 99% or higher by HPLC, and the certificate states the figure actually measured rather than the threshold it cleared. A lot that comes back under standard is not listed for sale.

Compounds ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials, in the size listed on the product page, inside plain tamper-evident outer packaging. Sealed vials should be kept refrigerated and out of direct light. Bacteriostatic water is the exception: it is stored at room temperature and should not be refrigerated. Handling and storage once the parcel is delivered are the receiving laboratory’s responsibility.
